As one of the most extensive in-house
embroidery and heat seal plants in the
UK, the latest hi-tech machinery has been
invested in to ensure our branded products are
recognised for their quality. Our embroidery
machines, including our 昀椀ve ‘Eight Head
Barudans’, provide us with 52 running heads.
Running 24/7, this infrastructure can produce
over 6,000 branded garments per day. Online
ordering is available through MY-SMI.

WEARER PACK
‘Wearer Packs’ o昀昀ered by SMI contain all the
items needed for a particular person to do
their job. A wearer pack is individually tailored
and saves an employee’s size and preferences
to make ordering as easy and e昀케cient as
possible.
PPE, FOOTWEAR AND
WORKWEAR RECYCLING
SMI is proud to partner with Race Recycling, to
o昀昀er a simple and streamlined service which
breathes new life into old Workwear and
PPE products. Adopting the ‘Zero to land昀椀ll’
approach, Race promises that zero products
will go to land昀椀ll and 100% of recyclable
products will be recycled with the remaining
materials recovered.
