GREEN SUPPLY
MANAGEMENT
Integrating our responsible environmental practices
into supply chain management we believe is not only
the moral thing to do but a sustainable supply chain
is a more efficient supply chain and reducing waste
can lower costs. Green supply chain management
is the implementation of eco-friendly strategies
transforming a business’s traditional supply chain to
a green one. Focusing on the environmental factor
at each stage of the supply chain, includes looking
at the products lifespan including development,
manufacturing, and distribution. Alongside,
minimising waste, improving warehouse lighting,
lowering energy usage, and adopting recycling
practices helping to strengthen the ecological
footprint.
tons of carbon dioxide on an annual basis. Working

within our supply chain.
Electric Vehicles have fewer moving parts
compared to an internal combustion engine,
which allows the forklifts to go longer without a
scheduled maintenance. All the forklifts operated in
our warehouse are electric powered by renewable
electricity, dramatically reducing our carbon
footprint, minimising our impact on the environment.
Distribution of our Rokwear products is transported
via freight shipping from various corners of the
world including China, India and Bangladesh
reaching the DP World container terminal in
Southampton before making the short 10- mile
journey to our distribution centre in Fareham. DP
World Southampton is the first port in Britain to
eliminate fossil diesel from its operations entirely
and turn to Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO).
Lowering their emissions by 80% and have
estimated that HVO will save the business 14,000
