SMI RECYCLING PROCESS
Our recycling scheme follows the same process as before in many ways, with any changes
providing bene昀椀ts that positively impact the environment.
STEP 1
Order your recycling box via MY-SMI or
through our website.
STEP 2
STEP 3
Once your box is ready for collection, contact
your Customer Experience Specialist and we
will arrange for DPD to collect it. (We can
provide DPD’s waste expectation certi昀椀cate
upon request).
Fill your box once your products reach the end
of their life. Ensure garments have been washed
and are not stained or contaminated. Over昀椀lled
or mistaped boxes which lead to the boxes
splitting may not be accepted or recycled.
STEP 4
STEP 5
SMI can provide you with a recycling
certi昀椀cate upon request.
